Providing services at two campuses:
Independent Living, Personal Care, Memory Support, Skilled Nursing Care, Respite Care
Baptist Homes Society has been steadfastly committed to providing quality care and living options for seniors of all faiths for more than a century. The not-for-profit organization was built upon a mission of benevolence and person-centered care. We offer active, progressive senior communities at our two locations. Like the seniors we serve, we are energetic, diverse and independent.
Our residents come to us at many different points in their lives. It is our commitment to person-centered care that ensures we provide the services and care they need. Together Baptist Homes and Providence Point serve more than 700 older adults—some who have called our Mt. Lebanon community "home" for more than 30 years. And, because it is their home, everyone who lives, works, volunteers, and partners with us is part of our family.
Baptist Homes offers independent living, personal care, skilled nursing, short- and long-term rehabilitation, and memory support services and is Medicare and Medicaid certified, and accredited by CARF-CCAC. Providence Point, which will celebrate its 5th anniversary and is recognized as Pittsburgh’s premier retirement community, is home to more than 330 active independent seniors who have taken advantage of our unique LifeCare contract. It also offers Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Personal Care/Memory Support services.
Baptist Homes Society employs approximately 575 staff and has more than 150 volunteers who share in our culture of respect, dignity and integrity.
